By accessing or using Vow Devotion's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Description

Vow Devotion provides AI-powered wedding planning services that generate personalized wedding plans based on information you provide. Our services include:

• Venue recommendations based on your location, budget, and preferences
• Vendor suggestions (photographers, caterers, florists, etc.)
• Budget breakdowns and cost-saving recommendations
• 12-month wedding planning timeline and checklists
• Professional PDF wedding plan delivered within 48 hours (24 hours for Premium)
• Dashboard access for plan tracking (Complete and Premium plans)
• Revision services (as specified in your selected plan)

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your wedding
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce our AI technology
• Not use our services to plan events other than legitimate weddings
• Verify all vendor and venue information independently before making bookings

Payment and Pricing

Our service offers three pricing tiers:

• Basic Plan: $99 - Essential planning with PDF delivery
• Complete Plan: $149 - Includes dashboard access and 1 revision
• Premium Plan: $249 - Includes AI assistant, unlimited revisions (30 days), and priority delivery

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your wedding plan, contact us within 30 days of receiving your plan for a full refund. Refund requests after 30 days or after significant plan revisions have been delivered may be subject to review.

Delivery Timeline

Wedding plans are delivered within 48 hours for Basic and Complete plans, and within 24 hours for Premium plans. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme complexity, technical issues, or high volume periods). Delays do not constitute grounds for refund unless they exceed 7 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content generated by our AI service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Vow Devotion. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use your wedding plan for your own wedding planning purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Vow Devotion provides wedding planning recommendations based on AI analysis. However:

• We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or performance of recommended venues and vendors
• You are solely responsible for verifying all information and conducting due diligence before making bookings
• We make no guarantees about venue or vendor availability, pricing accuracy, or specific outcomes
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that:

• Recommended venues will be available on your wedding date
• Vendor pricing will match our estimates
• AI-generated plans will perfectly match your expectations
• Our service will be uninterrupted or error-free

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.
